Head of Corporate Services/Legal Department (Ref: 2012/HCD01)
In this role you would:
- Be overall responsible for Corporate Services (CS) department
- Have direct communication with clients from various countries including Canada, U.K., Switzerland, Russia, Poland, Denmark, India and others
- Handle client meetings
- Take lead in projects such as PICIS application, EU cross border merger, drafting of customised Trust Deed
- Manage CS team, which includes a Cyprus qualified lawyer and experienced admin staff, in their execution of daily tasks such as incorporating companies and other entities in Cyprus and (using agents) in the Netherlands, Seychelles, the UK and in other jurisdiction, setting up client bank accounts in Cyprus and other jurisdictions, preparing resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders meetings, assisting with changes in the Company’s Memorandum and Articles, preparing and submitting of Annual Returns, preparing Powers of Attorney, and drafting and reviewing corporate documents and agreements
- Liaising with other law firms in Cyprus and abroad regarding client requirements such as complex transactions, reorganisations, obtaining legal opinions etc
- Actively participate in marketing campaign of Company i.e. delivering seminars regarding using Cyprus in International tax planning, preparing potential client proposals, attending meetings abroad and more
About you:
- Qualified Cyprus lawyer (other prominent EU jurisdiction will be considered)
- Minimum of four years experience in a similar position, with sufficient exposure in all areas addressed above (knowledge of Cyprus tax will be considered strong advantage)
- Experience with Cyprus IBCs is a requirement
- Experience managing staff
- Excellent practical knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law
- Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek languages is essential

Account Manager (Ref: 2012/AM01)
The successful candidate will join our Corporate Services team. He/she will be responsible for execution of daily tasks such as incorporating companies, setting up client bank accounts in Cyprus and other jurisdictions, preparing resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders’ meetings, assisting with changes in the Company’s M&AA, preparing and submitting of Annual Returns, preparing POAs, and drafting and reviewing corporate documents and agreements, have direct communication with clients from various countries and actively participate in marketing campaign of Company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years experience in a similar position, with sufficient exposure in all areas addressed in the Responsibilities section
- Knowledge of Cyprus tax and VAT will be considered a strong advantage)
- Experience with Cyprus IBCs is required
- Excellent knowledge of English languages is essential (knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage)
- Exceptional organisations skills will be required in order to excel in this position

Corporate Services Administrator (Ref: 2012/SCS01)
The successful candidate will join our Corporate Services team. He/she will be responsible for such duties as formation of Cyprus companies, opening of client bank accounts, executing corporate changes, and liaising with other departments to ensure timely statutory filings of client portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration or similar
- 2 years experience in Corporate Services
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications
